Kirby’s Return to Dream Land is a 2.5D side-scrolling platform game. Number 12 in the Kirby series, released in 2011 for Nintendo Wii console.
The review of the game will be different than usual reviews that you read usually, this is my personal opinion about the game and what I think about it. I will emphasize what makes “Kirby’s Return to Dreamland” a unique game and why I think this one of :
“The Best Ever Side-Scrolling Game”
I am sure, that if you read this game review, you have played at least one of the Super Mario Bros series or Donkey Kong or at least have heard about this characters and games. Well, majority of run and jump games, by majority, I mean almost all are quite difficult and require extensive skill set. And it is safe to say that, frustration and anger are quite prominent after unable to pass a level for few times.
Well, this is why “Kirby’s Return to Dreamland” is one of the best games. It is easy to play, it is fun and offer a lot of excitement.
The second biggest plus of the game is that it is family friendly. Being realistic, your grandmother can play the game with you and have fun. The whole family can play and enjoy most of Kirby series.
What Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Gameplay Can Offer?
The gameplay is very interesting, the characters are really funny, the copy abilities is something unique in terms of gameplay and the boss battles are not frustrating.
Hey, don’t forget that there are mini-games, that you can unlock after you gather enough energy spheres, Ninja Dojo, Scope Shot and the Arena are excellent additions to the gameplay.
Cooperative gameplay is pure fun and picking a different character either Meta Knight or King Dedede offers a different perspective to the game. Probably one of the unique features,
is that all coop players share pool of lives, so if somebody is defeated, the whole team lose one life.
Sure, many will say that the game lacks difficulty, but this doesn’t mean that you will be bored when you are playing it on your favorite console.
